Refunds and Exchanges


Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes,glue and remover are not eligible for exchanges or returns/refunds.

If a product is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for exchange/refund and paid return shipping by us. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund/return is agreed upon it will be issued AFTER we have received the item(s) back.

Sales Items: which includes items marked down and/or sold using promotional code. They are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
